Scope of Services

The GTFO platform encompasses the following services, all accessible under the gtfo.gg domain ecosystem:

• gtfo.gg — Central account hub, authentication, and feedback board.
• CS2 Widget (widget.gtfo.gg) — Real-time CS2 stream overlay widget with Game State Integration (GSI) support.
• CS2 Configs (configs.gtfo.gg) — CS2 configuration management, sharing, and export tools.

Applicable Law

This platform is operated from Switzerland and is governed by Swiss federal law, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG/FADP). For users outside Switzerland, the laws of their respective jurisdiction may additionally apply to the extent required.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding associated with GTFO is the property of the platform operator unless otherwise stated. Counter-Strike 2, Steam, and all related trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation. GTFO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation.

The services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., Steam, Valve’s GSI system). The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
